Philosophy of Ministry

To help Carepointe kids and families find and follow Jesus. Carepointe is a registered ministry of The Pointe Church. As a Christian Academy, we value living a life pleasing to the Lord. We are honored to show the love of Jesus to the children in our care. We believe that teaching children to love God and love others is essential for the Christian life. We do this through Bible stories, Bible verses, prayer, chapel times, music, and teaching Godly character.

Your child will experience the fun of learning through creativity and discovery in structured and free choice activities that allow his or her natural curiosities to emerge in an accepting and nurturing Christian environment.It is our goal to make each day special for your child.As your child grows, he/she will experience dramatic play, block building/engineering, math, science, art, sensory and discovery, early reading/writing, and many other fun activities. All these activities will help your child develop new skills as he/she discovers the joy of learning. These learning activities are chosen for your child to build specific skills at each age and stage of his/her growth and development.

Schedules & Routines

Your child will feel secure with our predictable schedules and routines. We think it is important that the daily routine is well balanced. An even mix of quiet and active activities throughout the day will help your child maintain an even keel. You can rest assured that your child will have scheduled snacks, lunch, bathroom breaks (when potty trained), playtime, rest, and plenty of learning activities in an organized predictable manner.

Our Curriculum

Your child will grow both spiritually and academically using our customized curriculum for Faith Based Early Learning. This well-balanced approach follows the Indiana State Foundations and is designed to prepare your child for kindergarten and also to foster Godly character. As your child progresses through our program, he/she will be participating in art, music, reading, writing, math, science, health and wellness, as well as Bible activities and so much more.
